Dear Patron, In an effort to maintain fiscal responsibility and provide added security to our customers, Legacy Farmers Cooperative is asking you to strongly consider signing up for direct deposit for your grain payments. You may have previously received a letter about this however, we have made a few adjustments we would like to share. Signing up for direct deposit on grain checks offers many advantages and here are a few:
With this letter you will find a Direct Deposit Authorization form that you can complete and return to us designating a checking or savings account in which you would like your funds to be deposited. Please note that a voided check will need to be attached if you elect to have your funds deposited into a checking account. This will be necessary to validate your bank’s routing number and account number. If any changes are made to your bank account in the future, we ask that you contact us with the new information so you do not miss any settlements. Along with your payment being directly deposited into your account, your settlements can be automatically emailed if you choose.
If you prefer to not participate in direct deposit of grain payments, Legacy will still offer check printing for pick up at Custar, East Findlay, Fostoria, and West Findlay with sufficient notice.
Legacy thanks you for your consideration of signing up for direct deposit of your grain payments. If you have any questions about direct deposit, please feel free to contact me or any member of the Legacy Farmers Grain Team.
Sincerely,
Pam Oman Head Grain Accountant Legacy Farmers Cooperative 419-423-2611
